Ordering Online

We have designed a secure online shopping system for placing your order.  You can order the items you wish, and then pay with credit card or mail in a check or money order.  Please follow the directions below to place your order. 

• All you have to do is go to the page of the item that you wish to purchase and select the quantity you desire, then click the "Add to Cart" button, which looks like:
  

You will then  have the following options:

	Continue Shopping To do more shopping from our catalog. This will take you back to our online catalog.
	Check Out If you are done shopping, this will place your order. This will take you to a secure ordering form. At this point, you will be prompted for your name, address, phone number, email address and the method of payment.
	Empty Cart To empty out your shopping cart contents and start over. This will take you back to our home page.

Ordering Offline with a check or money order

To order offline with a check or money order, please follow the directions for ordering online.

When you "checkout" and fill out your name, address, phone number, just select "pay by check or pay by money order" as the payment method (instead of visa, mastercard, or discover)

An order # with an invoice will be generated.  Be sure to put the order # on the check or money order you send to us, for the fastest service.

You will then send the check or money order to us, to the address that is provided with the invoice that is generated.    We will then process the order. (Please note: if sending a check, the order will be delayed 10 business days to allow the check to clear before we ship)

Phone in order- Ordering Offline with a credit card

We understand that people are still concerned about Internet security, even though we have a secure web site to accept orders.. To avoid having to enter your credit card information online, please follow the following directions..   Please follow the directions for ordering online.

When you "checkout" and fill out your name, address, phone number, just select "will call/fax  in credit card information" as the payment method (instead of visa, mastercard, or discover - which will require you to enter the number online)

An invoice with an order number will be generated, and it will have the phone number to call in your credit card information.  You will receive a  confirmation e-mail with the toll free telephone number to call in or fax in your credit card information.

Order as a gift for someone with a credit card
(or ship to an address NOT listed as the credit card billing address)

Please follow the directions for ordering online.

1. When you "checkout" and fill out the name, address, phone number of the person you want us to ship to.  Use your email address. (we will email you updates about the order)

2. If paying with a credit card, select "will call/fax  in credit card information"

3. go to: http://www.discountjuicers.com/auth.html   and print out the authorization form.

4. Fill it out completely, and fax in the completed form. (Be sure to note your order #)

Order as a gift with a check or money order

To order offline with a check or money order, please follow the directions for ordering online.

AOL Users
AOL is incompatible with many web sites on the Internet.  Our shopping cart system is not compatible with certain versions of the AOL software.  We recommend you update your software to the latest version, or better yet, use Netscape to browse and shop the Internet. Still Not Working??
If you are still unable to place an order online, please contact us, and let us know what you would like to order, as well as your name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, email address, and payment method.  (If a credit card, DO NOT EMAIL the card number.  We will then manually enter the order for you.  You will then get an email confirmation.  If it is correct, you can call in your card information into the phone number that will be provided.
